The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) announces admission to research degree programmes for January 2013 cycle.
The last date to receive the application forms is 7th September 2012.
The entrance exam is to be held on 29th September 2012.
The PhD programme Fee is Rs. 7,000/- per annum for 2 years. M.Phil. candidates are to pay one-time fee of Rs. 10,500/- which is inclusive of the course fee.
