Brief description :

Conducts claims processing activities which include consolidation of documents submitted, analyzes claims, processes claims payments, sends correspondences, coordinates with external clients and in-country personnel for product concerns, and other administrative concerns.

* Stores and consolidates all documents received in a database management system
* Analyzes and evaluates claims submitted by client based on documentations
* Processes payments and charges to enter in financial system
* Prepares correspondences to be sent to clients

Preferred skills

* Excellent English Communication Skills (verbal and written)
*Willingness to learn
* Should be ready to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
* Bachelor’s degree in any branch of discipline. Result awaiting candidates can also apply.
 * Btech/ MCA graduates need not apply.
