The application for
re-totalling shall be submitted online by the College through the University
website www.kuhs.ac.in within 15 days from the date of publication
of result. Fee for retotalling is Rs.200/-(Rs. Two Hundred only) per
paper per student .The consolidated DD
towards‘fee for re-totalling’ drawn in favour of the Finance Officer,
Kerala University of Health Sciences,
Thrissur (Examination Fee Account No: 31768842875) shall be forwarded by the
Principal/Head of the Institution along
with the hard copy of the applications so
as to reach the office of the
Controller of Examinations on or before 07.02.2013.
Fee for obtaining photocopy of Answer Scripts is Rs.500/-[Rupees
Five Hundred only) per paper per student. Score sheets will not be provided to
the applicants along with the photocopy of Answer Scripts. The application form
is available in the university website www.kuhs.ac.in which
shall be downloaded, filled up, attested and forwarded through the Principal/Head
of the Institution. The Principal/Head of
the Institution shall send all the applications along with a consolidated DD towards ‘fee for photocopy
of Answer Script’ drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur,
(Examination Fee Account No:31768842875) within 15 days from the date of publication result.
