IEEE Students Workshop - "Get Wired to the Wireless World"

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

The workshop “Get Wired to the Wireless World” aims at imparting the knowledge on wireless networks starting from the basics up to the latest trends and technologies.  The target audience for the workshop are UG/PG students of circuit branches (ECE/ CSE / IT/ EIE / EEE ).

COURSE OUTLINE

Evolution of wireless communication, 4G,Telecom diet rich in fibre, Introduction to Wireless sensor networks, Useful tips to do project work, Practical demo of broadband communication.

VENUE & TIME

Seminar Hall, RGMTTC - BSNL, Meenambakkam, Chennai-16. (Opp. Old

Airport and near Meenambakkam Post Office). Duration: 8.30 A.M to 5.00 P.M

REGISTRATION

Registration form is included in this brochure.  The completed form along with

Demand Draft should be submitted to the IEEE Madras Section Office, not later than 1.2.2013.  The selection intimation will be sent by email.  The participants will be selected on first-come-first-served basis. Applications without DD will not be entertained. Registration kit, course material, working lunch and refreshments will be provided to all participants.
