/ Degree Certificate. (Course completion certificate is not accepted)
Ø Marks
Memos of Qualifying Degree (preferably consolidated marks memo)
Ø Migration
Certificate in case of candidates from other Universities.
Ø Transfer
and Conduct Certificate.
Ø Community
Certificate
Ø Service
and Salary Certificate.
Ø One
set of attested copies of all the certificates.
Ø Three
self addressed envelops of 25 X 10 cms size duly stamped (affixing Rs 6
stamps).
Ø ICET 2012 Hall Tickets and Score Cards.
Ø 4
Passport size photos.
Ø Tuition
Fee for the 1st Semester i.e Rs 50,000/- Demand Draft drawn in
favour of
Registrar, JNTUK, Kakinada.
Ø Counselling
fee of ` 500/- (Demand Draft in favour of Director Admissions, JNTUK,
Kakinada).
Ø Full
Tution Fee has to be paid at the time of Seat Allotment on the day of
counseling.
Ø Mere
attending for counseling will not guarantee admission, since more number of
candidates
are called for counseling.
Ø Hostel facility will not to be extended to the
students admitted into these programs.
