INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS Under Scheme for Providing Support for “Entrepreneurial and Managerial Development of SMEs through Incubators”

About the Scheme:

The scheme aims at nurturing innovative business ideas (new and/or ingenious technology, processes, products, etc.) which could be commercialized in a year.

Level of Funding: About Rs - 6.25 Lakh per Innovative Business Idea.

Who can Apply:

Anybody (individual/Micro and Small Enterprises) having innovative business idea at near commercialization stage within a period of 12 months of approval of funding can apply. 10 Ideas whose expectations meet the Objectives / Guidelines of the Scheme, will be shortlisted for approval by the Management Committee at the MSME-TBI at JNTUH. The Incubate Application format can be obtained from the Bulletin Board of the website of the University www.jntuh.ac.in or from website of DC-MSME. Incompletely filled Incubate Applications will be rejected.

Prospective Areas of Funding:

 Innovative Ideas related to domains of Engineering and Allied Industries, Bio- Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Information Technology and Nano-Technology. However, any other Products or Processes which are Innovative in nature, not limiting to the domains mentioned above, can also apply for funding.

How to Apply:

 Innovators with concise abstracts about their Business Ideas and Business Plans on commercialization may approach the Office of MSME-TBI, JNTUH on or before 18th December, 2012 by 6.00 p.m. from the day of publication of this advertisement. An Innovators camp will be conducted in the last week of

December, 2012 at J.N.T.U.H where the aspirant Innovators will have to present their Innovative Ideas to the local screening committee of MSME-TBI, JNTUH, College of Engineering Hyderabad.
