UNIT III (Data mining functionalities, issues,task primitives, preprocessing are important 8 Marks)

Data Mining Functionalities – Classification of Data Mining Systems – Data Mining Task Primitives –Integration of a Data Mining System with a Data Warehouse – Issues –Data Preprocessing.

UNIT IV (bayesian and decision tree are repeated questions)

Problem,classification by back propagation,other classification methods,bayesian classification n rule based classification,decision tree induction.

UNIT V (In clustering types you can expect questions)

Cluster Analysis - Types of Data – Categorization of Major Clustering Methods - Kmeans– Partitioning Methods – Hierarchical Methods - Density-Based Methods –Grid Based Methods – Model-Based Clustering Methods – Clustering High Dimensional Data - Constraint – Based Cluster Analysis – Outlier Analysis – Data Mining Applications.

1.When you study the  Data Warehousing and Data Mining, study these topics and then move to some other topics what you feel as important
