Higher Secondary Examination Jun 2012 Application for issue of Xerox Copy / Retotaling

1.	Photo copy of the answer scripts / Re-totalling of marks may be applied for any subjects under the Higher Secondary Examination.
2.	The candidates who desire to apply for revaluation of answer scripts must first apply for Photo copy of the answer scripts and after perusing the Answer Scripts he / she may apply for revaluation, if desires to do so.
3.	Separate application form should be used for each subject.
4.	Fee Details for Photo copy  : Part I – Languages  -  Rs.550/- Part II – English      -  Rs.550/- Other subjects (for each subject)  - Rs.275/-  The fee should be remitted in any of the branches of the Indian Overseas Bank payable to the Director of Government Examinations, Chennai-6. Where (CBS) core banking service is available.  Fee Details for Re-totalling : Part I   – Languages  ) Part II – English        )   Rs.305/- for each subject.             & Biology       )                                         All other subjects:         Rs.205/- for each subject.
5.	The candidates who apply for photocopy of answer scripts for a particular subject should not apply for re-totalling of marks of the same subject.
6.	Application should have been properly filled. Defective information will lead to delay in processing the application.
7.	The concerned candidates alone are entitled to apply for any kind of request for applying photo copy/ re-totalling.  Any impersonation will lead to legal consequences.
8.	After submitting the application for each subject, the candidates may take out a print-out of the acknowledgement form displayed alongwith the Application Number.  This application No. is required for future modifications.
9.	Separate application No. and challan will be generated for each subject applied for.

10.	After submitting the application form, the candidate may take out a print-out of the on-line challan generated by the web-site.
11.	The fees for photo copy of answer scripts / re-totalling of marks should be remitted using separate online challans, generated directly from this web-site only.  Clubbing of payment of fees in any other form of single challan, or multiple subjects will not be accepted.
12.	The Fees should be remitted into the account of the Director of Government Examinations, Chennai – 600 006, with the on-line challan form only.
13.	After the remittance of fee at the Bank, candidates can check their payment status at the web-site after 48 hours.
14.	On-line submission of application will be open from 13.08.2012  to 16.08.2012.
15.	The last date for making payment at the bank is 16/08/2012, with in the banking hours. Applications for which remittance done after that will not be included for processing
16.	The candidates who wish to get their answer scripts re-valued, first apply for photo copies of answer scripts.  After the receipt of the photo copy, candidates must decide them self whether to apply for Revaluation or Retotalling.
